UPPER Production
The preparation of the upper part of the shoe (upper) is carried out with artisanal techniques, carefully attended to with great manual attention. The positions of the various components that make up the shoe are precisely marked on the upper. These marks are made exclusively by hand to ensure the integrity and quality of the leather used, preserving its natural characteristics.

Stitching
The upper is crafted using modern sewing machines, capable of ensuring high standards of precision and quality. This process is carried out according to the specific model that one wishes to create. The critical areas, subject to greater stress during use, are reinforced with double stitching made with a special high abrasion-resistant thread. The upper is then stretched and cemented using an automated machinery system, which ensures uniform and accurate processing.
Quality Control
Quality control in production is carried out for each shoe individually, ensuring a high level of attention to detail. This control includes the insertion of accessories, a series of cleaning and brushing operations, and concludes with the packaging of the footwear. Each phase is carefully monitored to ensure that the final product meets the highest quality standards.
